Expertise in Python , Type scripting 
Expertise in AWS Cloud resource development ( Kafka, Eventbridge, Lamda) 
Authentication and Authorization expertise 
Microservice and web development 
Should be strong in EKS, good in terraform
AWS certified. 
Expertise in Web and Microservice Design 
Terraform and Helm template knowledge. – nice to have – may have to pick this up as part of the job as needed. 
Web/Microservice Reference application development - this is important
Excellent communicator who will do demo and teaching across LPL organization
