Responsibilities:
A day in the life of a Digital Technology Services (DTS) Revenue Operations Analytics Translator, at client includes:
- Own the creation and prioritization of the product backlog for 1-2 end-to-end analytics products / agile squads.
- Lead cross-functional product teams through the process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders.
- Help product teams deliver products that deliver rapid and regular business value for the client.
- Determine deployment strategy for products, partnering with colleagues on vital training and change management.
- Maintain relationships with internal or external customers.
- Track product specific KPIs once a solution enters production to measure value and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.
- Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their agile squad; maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
- Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos.
- Exercise a strong decision making mandate across the team as a proxy to the Senior Product Owner.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of strong experience in product development (business or IT).
- Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Python).
- Proficiency in Epic Clarity Data Models.
- Agile ceremony facilitation familiarity.
- KPI creation and management.
- Knowledge of healthcare provider ecosystem, specifically in the revenue operations / financial services space.
- Translation of business requirements to technical.
- Data analytics.
- Ability to think critically, build relationships, and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the agile work process.
- A desire to learn and intellectually curious.
- Have big-picture and detail-oriented thinking, as well as be able to prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms
