Description

Responsibilities include:

•    SAP Team Leadership experience across the Functional modules SAP ECC HCM Time and Payroll

•    Monitor and manage daily ERP time and payroll support, IT services desk, and support functions to ensure optimal service to business partners.

•    Work with Functional team members on service tickets to ensure they meet the Service level agreements.

•    Maintaining high-performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary

•    Hands-on experience working with one or more SAP modules, such as HCM, Payroll, and Time.

•    Work with technical team lead and HCM Lead to ensure the Functional Specification requirements are accurate.

•    Ability to own initiatives, make recommendations, and mentor team members when needed.

•    Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective stakeholder communication for major incident reviews.

•    Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.

•    Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.

•    Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand

•    Maintaining high-performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.

•    Experience working with SAP Time, UKG Kronos Dimensions.

 

Requirements:

•    10 years of SAP team leadership experience cross-functionally in HCM, Payroll, and Time

•    Experience working with SAP Time, UKG Kronos Dimensions.
