Sr. Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• 11+ years’ experience in Agile methodologies Scrum / Kanban/ SAFe Agile

• Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary Scrum Team, guiding the team on SAFe Agile/Scrum practices and values
• Work with Product Managers and the delivery team to manage dependencies
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and project updates
• Provide all support to the team using strong leadership skills
• Capable of facilitating discussions, decision making and conflict resolution
• CSM/PSM/SA Certification(desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in the Scrum Master or similar role for at least 3 years in software development team
• Produce and maintain status updates, velocity trackers, product backlogs, etc. as required.
• Lead daily stand ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives and demos as part of the sprint lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to broader stakeholders on status of the sprint.
• Deliver sprints to schedule.
• Escalate issues and clear any blockers for the team promptly.

• Excellent knowledge on Agile delivery process
• Good knowledge on Java, Micro service and cloud platform.
• Strong communicator, highly articulate, and extensive experience of writing effective user stories with associated acceptance criteria.
