- Proven experience as a Technical Architect, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules.
- Solid understanding of telecom industry processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM), are highly desirable.
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
