About The Position

We are recognized by more than 140 clients as the Industry Standard for TCA & Best Execution Analytics. Our Clients are Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Banks & Sovereign Wealth Funds. We help Clients to Define, Achieve, Evidence and Record a process of Best Execution.

The team supports FX, FI & Crypto, some of the tools are on global link.
Migrating from React to Angular
Server side is nodejs.
Team is split into server side and AI development.
They are on AWS – they use AWS for deployment.
Veracode scanning is in manual.
They use Cloud based code command for deployment.
The data is from Market Data & Client database.
They will do FX trading decision to start with and then they will develop solution.
KDB is a niche technology.

Responsibilities

Responsible for implementation and delivery of new server-side components, micro services, web api, and enhancements to our product.
Exhibit superior skills in modern Agile, Cloud-based, Server side, DB, Development.
Develop understanding in the area of Transaction Cost Analysis and key benchmarks required for MiFID and MiFIR
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the application and influencing technology decisions.
Responsible for taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through completion.
Responsible for establishing best practices, clean-code, and design patterns.
Be passionate about driving change through an organization.
A proponent of Test-Driven Development always striving to Shift Left so as to facilitate effective CI/CD

Required Skills

Strong on Database
Data caching &Architecture, Messaging and Micro services
Migrating from React to Angular
Snowflake experience
Strong server-side skills
Back-end developer
Object oriented programming for 10 to 15 years.
Postgress or KDB experience moving to databricks.
Experience with real-time data handling.

FX, Equity experience highly preferred
