We're looking for a dynamic, people-oriented, highly analytical Senior Software Engineer to join our Distribute software development team at Pattern HQ. This is a full-time role that will work a hybrid schedule from our offices in Lehi, UT.

What is a day in the life of a Senior Software Engineer – Distribute?
Work with product and development teams to create software solutions

Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

Being a member of a small and fast growing team there are huge opportunities for growth. Smaller module/feature teams will form and those who work hard and demonstrate leadership qualities will lead these teams. You’ll have opportunities to solve complex problems with many technologies. Team members should expect to grow both professionally and personally. This team is building software that is critical to the success of Pattern and high-performers have the opportunity to add a lot of value to the company.

What is the team like?

You will work with the other Software Engineers and be supervised by the Director of Engineering on the Distribute team. You will also collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer and other company leaders. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
