Required Skills and Experience

• Hands on experience in technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules.
• Should have good understanding of Product and Customer MDM
• Should have driven atleast one Stibo PIM End-To-End implementations and strong exposure to STEP Data model, workflows and STEP configurations. - additional MDM/PIM implementation experience a plus
• Solid hands-on experience with tools/products related to Product Information Management system (Preferably STIBO STEP experience)
• 8-12 years of relevant professional work experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilites :

• Strong knowledge and hands on STIBO PIM
• Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STIBO PIM solution using best practices
• Lead requirements gathering workshops
• Lead high-level design workshops
• Guide definition and roll out of data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls and rules
• Draft detailed design documents
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules
• Prepare detailed design documents for data migration
• Configure, build and unit test STIBO PIM components, including data structures, roles, workflows and portals
• Build and unit test data migration components
• Train and mentor colleagues in STIBO PIM implementation activities and best practices
• Support integration, system and user acceptance testing
