Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across diverse geographical locations and cultural backgrounds
Foster clear communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
Manage project risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues
Track project progress, measure performance against baselines, and report findings to stakeholders
Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure deliverables meet all technical specifications
Implement and maintain effective project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support for professional development
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development, and 3+ years of experience in software project management
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale application development projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team
Experience working in a cross-geo-location and multicultural environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cyber-security, AI, machine learning, or cloud solution is a plus
Project management professional (PMP)
AIoT in healthcare or biomedical services/platform, including telemedicine, supply chain management or relevant discipline is a big plus
