Required Qualifications:

 

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT services companies, focusing on the recruitment of software developers and technical IT talent. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging industry networks and recruitment tools to attract top-tier talent. 
  • Solid background in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring for a variety of technical roles, including but not limited to Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Data Engineers, and Cloud Engineers. 
  • Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js), databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
  • Proven ability to differentiate between different technical skill levels and match them with job requirements. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to source and attract high-caliber candidates for software development and IT roles. 
  • Utilize industry networks, job boards, social networking sites, professional groups, referrals, and other sourcing channels to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. 
  • Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations to differentiate candidates' technical skill levels (Junior, Mid-level, Senior) and align them with the appropriate job requirements. 
  • Stay abreast of software development job requirements, industry trends, and technological advancements to ensure accurate matching of candidates to client needs. 
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and provide consultation on market trends and candidate availability. 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining high levels of communication and feedback.
