Sr. Technical Project / Program Manager

Experience managing projects with Cloud or CI/CD or Java/.Net, microservices, APIs, Angular or Node.js/React or SQL server/Oracle.
-The background should be development and not QA or Business Analyst
- 7+ years with engineering teams, 5+ years in technical program/product management.
- 3+ years of software development and Agile/Scrum expertise.
- Strong project management skills and experience with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
