Job Title: Senior Workday HCM with Security Specialist

Location: 100% Remote
Type: Long Term Contract

Job Overview:

iitjobs is seeking an experienced Senior Workday HCM Specialist with a strong background in security configuration and administration to join our team. This position offers a fully remote work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Workday HCM system with a focus on security management, ensuring data integrity, and providing expertise to support HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the security configuration within the Workday HCM system.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in managing Workday security roles and access.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Absence Management.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and configure security accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM, with a strong focus on security administration.
  • Deep understanding of Workday HCM architecture, business processes, and security roles.
  • Workday certification in HCM and Security is highly preferred.

Education:- A Bachelor's Degree in any field
