The Manager will partner closely with the AVP, Fashion and cross functional leadership to ensure the initial concept and vision is carried through the creative process and delivered to the consumer through all channels. The Manager will serve as an expert in the product and intended expression to the consumer with a focus on digital, social media, public relations, and store environment.
Lead the product looks selection process and the creation of the Seasonal Outfitting Deck (Shot List), knowing product benefits, attributes, and volume potential to help drive revenue and the best foot forward for the brand; partnering with designers, merchandising, digital to ensure needs are met effectively, within budgets, and in the spirit of product intent. Lead outfitting for PR events, identifying product offering for gifting and influencer capture; providing input to cross functional partners on how to best approach styling for all marketing materials. Partner with the AVP, Fashion in the creation of seasonal product distortions and mannequin set ups for internal milestones - Reviewing assortments for all tiers to ensure big idea design outfitting stories are protected at the inception to optimize storytelling as in input into the buy. Create seasonal styling mood boards, and lead biannual Fashion Office Styling Inspiration work sessions Provide a bi-annual product story and styling trend patterning download, reviewing in-store product presentations, catalogs, and fashion publication product storytelling trends to insure continual innovation in product storytelling.
Qualifications
Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of styling experience, through stylist apprenticeship/work or an in-house styling team/fashion office. Deep understanding of the visual merchandising, editorial photography, social media, and digital space and how to build the best product experience in all channels
Prior experience leading and developing a team of professionals, as well as working across indirect reports and cross functional partners
