Job Description:
It’s an exciting time to be part of Sutherland winning team, we are looking for SAP Success Factors Functional Consultant/SME to become part of our team. The primary focus of this position is to support the “maintenance & enhancements” of the human resource management system (SAP SF-HR) in addition to other systems supported by the internal IT team.
Experience: 15+ years of IT SAP SF exp
Work Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Mumbai / Bangalore
Skills Required:
- 10+ Years of extensive work exp in SAP SF – in-depth experience in Employee Central and Compensation. Around 5+ project implementation experience in EC and Compensation
- In compensation – must have experience to configure systems for multi country setup along with budget roll-up functionality
- Experience in ECP will be a definitely added advantage
- Solid knowledge in RBP (Role Based Permission) framework
- Excellent knowledge around MDF. Must be able to develop new portlets using MDF
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment
- Experience working with international clients at onsite locations will be an added advantage
- Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in H2R (Hire to Retire) Business processes
- Hands-on with Solution Design Configuration
- Workbook Business Blueprint Preparation Execution of Test Cases, Test Plans, Test scripts, Knowledge of MDF foundation objects associations Business rules and workflows
- Project planning, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, IT dependencies, rollout, and post-implementation support
- Participate in requirement gathering, understand the design and take ownership of data conversion and system testing as part of the systems enhancement or implementation projects
- Conduct thorough Joint Application Design sessions with the business end users to review business needs and document any additional system/reporting requirements
- Perform analysis and translate business needs and to create solution requirements documentation
