Description

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Human Resource SF Compensation Variable Pay best practice business process design sessions and development run workshops and gather requirements
  • Ability to understand business requirements and manage the conversion of them into SuccessFactors designs and configuration
  • Be involved in improving operational metrics business case development performance measurement
  • Manage client relationships within the context of the work stream
  • Run production issue calls get to a resolution including but not limited to Trouble shooting complex production issues
  • Proactively find implement improvement opportunities improvements implemented this shall be a KPI
  • Should work in Incidents Service Requests Problem Management Minor Enhancements based on business needs
  • Work collaboratively with teams located in a different locations and deliver the project needs

Mandatory Skills:

  • Solid SuccessFactors HCM background in a consulting environment
  • SuccessFactors certified in Compensation Variable Pay Valid as on Date Successfactors Certification on EC or any other Talent module is preferred but not mandatory
  • At least 12 full end to end end SAP SuccessFactors project lifecycles
  • Handson functional experience of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong problem solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem
  • Ability to identify develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business
  • Excellent leadership communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
