- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Own the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Add value through the delivery of strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
- Promote DE&I initiatives through ongoing networking, process improvement, and education
You’ll be someone who can bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent education required
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant recruitment and/or HR experience, including full-cycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling time-sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry in SUPPLY CHAIN
- Technical proficiency, including experience with an ATS
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Florence, KY locality, on-site
- Previous or current experience sourcing and filling Supply Chain professional roles in America or globally
