In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.

Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Triage Incidents tickets to L2/L3 Teams if not resolved at L1 level
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate Internal Teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports to customers on time
  • Prepare Knowledge Articles/SOP's for repeated issues
  • Prepare RCA for the Critical P0/P1 Issues
  • Responsible for fixing issues reported by users
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Good understanding of Ticketing Tools
  • Having strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Support for sanity checks of the applications for any upgrade activity
  • Experience in application enhancements with associated technologies
  • Send outage alert communication to customer about application downtime and resolution ETA
  • Support patching/upgrade activities as planned by business to perform sanity checks of application

     

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     

Qualifications

 

  • Around 3 - 6 years of strong coding experience in ASP.NET, C#
  • Strong knowledge of REST API, ASP.NET MVC, LINQ, WCF and other .NET technologies
  • Strong experience in writing SQL queries, SQL Server/T-SQL/stored procedures. SSRS, SSIS a plus
  • MVC, MVP, MVVM or MDDM design pattern experience
  • Experience on JIRA/ Remedy tool
  • Iterative / Agile / DevOps/ ITIL practices & tools
  • Data Analysis & Data Migration experience
  • Execution of Transformation, Integration & Automation Programs/ Projects
  • Strong Analytical / Logical Reasoning skills to analyze / build complex programming logic.
