Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support of services in rotating on-call rotation.
  • Create and maintain system and training documentation.
  • Represent team and act as point of escalation during a service interruption or planned maintenance.
  • Drive root cause analysis, remediation, and planning after a service interruption.
