You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree and eight or more years of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of network domain principles and concepts.
- Extensive experience designing and building complex, enterprise-grade architectural solutions with a data and AI-first approach.
- Proven ability to architect solutions for modernization and migration projects.
- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Python, React, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Extensive experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra) and PL/SQL.
- Strong experience in building workflow/orchestration engines.
- Practical experience with DevOps tools and practices, including SRE, Splunk, New Relic, Catchpoint, Prometheus, and security tools.
- Experience working with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its suite of technologies, including BigQuery, Composer, Dataflow using Apache Beam, and Pub/Sub.
- Expertise in stream-processing systems using Kafka, Pulsar, or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in object-oriented/object function scripting languages.
- Experience building solutions leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Active contribution to industry forums such as TMForum, or MEF.
- GCP certifications.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage partner expectations.
- In-depth knowledge of wireline/wireless networks and services.
- Experience leading teams of OSS/BSS application designers and architects.
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong ability to analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and create compelling data visualizations.
- Experience leading teams through large-scale code refactoring and improving coding standards across extensive codebases.
