Description

Required Skills and Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, handling technical issues related to hardware, software, and applications.
Proven experience working in an AWS environment where servers are hosted. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AWS services, including: EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud)
S3 (Simple Storage Service)
RDS (Relational Database Service) KMS (Key Management Service) CloudFormation
CloudWatch
Scripting and programming for AWS (Python, Bash, PowerShell) AWS Support services
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with IT helpdesk functions and user support. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator).
Experience with network configuration and security
