Should have at least 7 years' experience as a System Administrator in handling the technical issues.
Good knowledge of Active Directory, On-Premises, Office 365 experience, VMware etc.
Excellent troubleshooting skills on all Windows OS, including servers.
Handle hardware and software related issues reported by users.
Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
Certification from Microsoft or Cisco is an added advantage
Active monitoring of the system and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
Create and verify backups of data
Respond and resolve helpdesk requests
Administrate infrastructures including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
Monitor and maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, AV servers proactively
At least seven years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services and applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related technologies.
Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, security, and compliance features, including Azure AD, Active Directory, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Conditional Access, Information Protection, and Compliance Manager.
