Job Overview

System Administrator would be responsible for handling first level support of service requests in a professional and timely manner This relates to all technology, including workstations, printers, networks, user account management, and vendor specific hardware and software.

 

Job Responsibilities

Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis.
Desktop connectivity troubleshooting
Application installation and support
Printer installation and support
Client VPN installation and support
Microsoft Office Suite Support
Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
Active Directory user management and troubleshooting
Exchange/Office 365 user management and troubleshooting


Must Haves

Good conceptual understanding of Windows desktop OS
At least 2 years of Windows desktop end-user technical support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills


Added Advantage

Experience with AD and O365 administration
MCSA, AZ-900 or Network+, ITIL foundation

Education

Any Graduate
