System Analyst

Job Overview:
As Sr System Analyst, you will join a team of talented developers, product owners, business partners and work on next generation application/product development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product, engineering and other domain teams to understand features, system analysis, discover dependencies, evaluate vendor tools, to design and develop the product.
- Coordinating and driving E2E product development from idea to market readiness.
- Being able to identify the dependent tools/processes and coordinate across the board and solve through challenges.
- Working with software engineers to build and release the product.
- Detail data analysis, able to query SQL Server and other RDBMS tools to analyze the data and provide solutions to the development team.
- Analyzing test results, being a vocal proponent in every phase of the development process.
- Documenting the business and data flow of the system.
- Should be able to demo the product to business and vendor partners.
- Working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science or similar, plus 8+ years of experience
- 8+ years of hand on experience in System analyst role for wealth management, Trading, Banking, Capital markets industry.
- 6+ years of leadership experience, leading multiple team initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent RDBMS skills to query and data analysis.
- Great understanding of distributed systems and API based system architectures. Should be aware of using and concepts of REST APIs, messaging based integration etc.
