Description:
Responsibilities:
This is equivalent to a tech lead or tech consultant. Has D365 experience. Can translate how requirements will be built in D365 and/or the system/app built on it. Comes up with integration design document, solution design document. Helps in data mapping. Supports SIT, UAT defect resolution
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center:
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
o Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center modules.
o Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center issues.
• Quality/Testing:
o Execute test plans and test cases.
o Perform manual unit testing to ensure software quality.
o Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
• Microsoft DevOps:
o Manage and maintain development life cycle in Azure DevOps.
Skills:
• Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service),
• PowerApps (Model Driven, Canvas),
• Power Automate, PowerBI SharePoint, Azure DevOps, JavaScript, Plugins
