Requirements :

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Has D365 experience. 
Can translate how requirements will be built in D365 and/or the system/app built on it.
Helps in data mapping. 
Supports SIT, UAT defect resolution
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center modules.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center issues
Quality/Testing:
Execute test plans and test cases
Perform manual unit testing to ensure software quality
Identify, document, and track defects and issues
Microsoft DevOps: Manage and maintain development life cycle in Azure DevOps


Skills:

• Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service),
• PowerApps (Model Driven, Canvas),
• Power Automate, PowerBI SharePoint, Azure DevOps, JavaScript, Plugins
