Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on UC systems and follow up on problem resolutions to ensure optimal performance.
Address user requirements and collaborate with vendors to implement effective solutions.
Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth processes and procedures.
Plan and manage technical deliverables, including system enhancements and upgrades, to meet project requirements within allocated budgets and schedules.
Allocate and optimize resource utilization across various projects and quarterly releases.
Collaborate with different application teams and international counterparts to manage technical dependencies in the project delivery cycle.
Monitor and address risks and issues related to technical delivery.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in NICE Engage Voice Recording systems administration.
Demonstrated experience in service delivery, vendor management, and incident/change management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
