Job Description:

We are in search of an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team, operating from Louisville, KY, with a permanent remote work arrangement. The successful candidate, with over 7 years of experience, will play a pivotal role in analyzing and enhancing our Incident Management practices. The focus will be on driving improvements in Incident Management, response, and remediation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess current Incident Management processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  2. Drive initiatives aimed at optimizing Incident response and recovery capabilities.
  3. Utilize skills in ServiceNow, Service Desk, and Incident Management strategy to contribute to process improvement.
  4. Work with analytics and data in PowerBI to identify improvement opportunities.
  5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
  6. Devise measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, and projects.
  7. Analyze and present complex data, demonstrating strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability.
  8. Maintain a deep understanding of Incident Management within ITIL
