Job Description:
We are in search of an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team, operating from Louisville, KY, with a permanent remote work arrangement. The successful candidate, with over 7 years of experience, will play a pivotal role in analyzing and enhancing our Incident Management practices. The focus will be on driving improvements in Incident Management, response, and remediation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current Incident Management processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Drive initiatives aimed at optimizing Incident response and recovery capabilities.
- Utilize skills in ServiceNow, Service Desk, and Incident Management strategy to contribute to process improvement.
- Work with analytics and data in PowerBI to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Devise measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, and projects.
- Analyze and present complex data, demonstrating strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability.
