| 4-7 | Experience as a systems analyst or a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or analytical field and three years of experience as a systems analyst |
| 4-7 | Experience with a low code platform that includes hands-on experience in design, implementation, and production support of applications |
| 4-7 | Experience conducting fit/gap sessions, performing system configuration, conducting testing including UAT and developing training documentation |
| 4-7 | Experience preparing project documentation such as: system requirement specification, functional design specifications, architectural diagrams, flowcharts, screen prototypes, wireframes, interface specifications, data migration rules, logical workflow charts, database design specifications and data warehouse design specifications |
| 4-7 | SQL, Object Oriented Programming Language, and Web Application fundamentals |
| 4-7 | Skill in business analysis methodologies; in developing creative and workable solutions to complex problems |
