Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer SCCM for software deployment, updates, and system imaging across a large-scale gaming environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM-related issues and perform root cause analysis for system problems.
  • Collaborate with IT and support teams to ensure seamless configuration management and compliance with security policies.
  • Monitor SCCM infrastructure, track software usage, and optimize deployments to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in system engineering or administration with a focus on SCCM.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with software packaging, deployments, and Windows imaging.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced gaming environment.
