Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter
Location: Ambattur, Chennai, TN
Experience: 6+ Months in IT Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for IT roles.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in recruitment systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ months of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, infrastructure, DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with job boards (Naukri), LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (Ceipal ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
