Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter

Location: Ambattur, Chennai, TN

Experience: 6+ Months in IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for IT roles.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
  • Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in recruitment systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ months of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, infrastructure, DevOps, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with job boards (Naukri), LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (Ceipal ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
