Within the Human Resources division in the COE (Center Of Excellence) Talent, Change & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion we are looking for a Talent & Change Analyst profile. The COE Talent, Change & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion works across all Business Departments to define and promote processes and policies of: Talent & Career Management (area for which the person is sought); Diversity Equity & Inclusion; Employer Branding; Change Management & Engagement; What will your activities and responsibilities be? The person sought will be responsible for the following activities: operational support for the definition of talent & performance management processes and tools; preparation of documents for internal use; support for monitoring and data analysis activities on the main COE processes active for the Group; coordination of COE activities and within the HR team; Required qualifications and skills: university degree – preferably in social sciences or psychology international experience (internship or university course) English advanced (C1) previous experience of at least 3 months in the HR field (internship / internship / other) good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (mainly: Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Teams).
