Team Lead- Mern Stack

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of MERN stack developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.
Design, develop, and implement web applications using the MERN stack.
Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and refactoring.
Oversee project timelines and work allocation, ensuring on-time delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to meet project goals.
Implement and maintain best practices for version control, continuous integration, and deployment.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the MERN stack and web development.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of MERN stack developers.
Demonstrated expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in working with Agile methodologies and tools.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Capability to make decisions under pressure and lead by example.
Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing technical talent.
