Duties and responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, schedule for assigned projects
  • Coordinate with team members to analyze client requirements and produce software design and architecture
  • Support and guidance for technical issues to team members
  • Supervise and support development and maintenance of software or applications using .NET framework languages and technologies
  • Able to manage team
  • Capacity to deal with hard customers
  • Meeting deadlines of task or project
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and retain customer satisfaction
  • Technical documentation whenever required

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or relevant experience
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to take decisions and capability for problem solving
  • Having expertise in reviewing the Code
  • Strong knowledge of .NET framework, ASP .NET, C#, Visual Basics and OOPs concepts
  • Expertise in handling different kinds of data using database tools and technology
  • Ability to adapt the latest framework changes, build tools, and libraries
  • Expertise in following coding standards, design principles and best practices
  • Time management skills to deliver assigned task within deadlines

Qualification

  • BE – IT, CS or
  • B.Tech – IT, CS or
  • MCA or
  • M.Sc. – IT, CS
