Duties & Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience, out of which minimum 4-5 years in solution architecting.
- Evaluate the functional & technical PLM requirements
- Recommendation on the right fit PLM solution for Teamcenter Integrations/Upgrades
- Expertise in Teamcenter Data Model, Data Migration, TCUA Upgradation and CAD Integrations.
- Extensive experience in Teamcenter Modules (Change Management, Structure/BOM Management, Configuration Management, Manufacturing Process Planner), working with Cad BOM, EBOM, MBOM.
- Expertise in Teamcenter solution design for integrations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Production support for Teamcenter
- Issue Analysis and resolution
- Knowledge of how to apply PLM capabilities to large organizations to enable customer strategic initiatives to be deployed in an engineering environment
- Experience with Business process definition and reengineering, use case definition and modeling
- Experience in any solution architecting tools will be added advantage
- Experience in customer proposal writing, RFI/RFP response, Statement of Work contribution
- Experience in participating/ leading customer business / technical workshop
- Expertise in at least one or two industry domains like aerospace, automotive etc.
- Experience working within a product delivery lifecycle; waterfall, agile etc.
- Experience presenting Enterprise level solutions to executive management
- Effective communication and conflict management

- TC Migration Expert ( Look for 12-15 years of candidates)
