  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of mainframe applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Certifications in mainframe technologies (e.g., IBM Certified Developer - COBOL or similar) would be a plus
