Detailed JD & responsibilities: Job Duties: ¿ Provides daily system support (via telephone, email, and instant messaging) to users of the EtQ Reliance tool. ¿ Troubleshoots system issues with users and works with them to solve the issues, as well as the software vendors when necessary. ¿ Performs a number of system administration duties, such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc. ¿ Assists with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance. ¿ Creates and executes test cases to confirm configurations work as expected. ¿ Assists with software validation and change control activities. ¿ Assists with the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools. ¿ Assists with the development of training materials. Required and Preferred Skills: ¿ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ¿ Excellent organization skills. ¿ Passionate about their work and with helping others succeed; a team player. ¿ Experienced with system troubleshooting and investigating to find the root cause. ¿ Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ¿ SQL experience required. ¿ Past scripting experience preferred (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Vbscript). ¿ SharePoint experience preferred.
