Skills Looking For:

- Entry Level

- Tech support engineer.

- Inbound call center; receive calls from patients and they will troubleshoot the issues of the product.

- Engineering perspective: most of the devices are implantable devices and most are electromechanical aspects. The device is controlled with an app on the phone. They need to troubleshoot and solve the issues of the callers.

- Customer Service experience will be preferred.

- First 6 weeks they will be on training.

- 50% of calls are from field reps, 40% from patients, and 10% calls from physicians or MRI centers.

- No work on holidays, potential OT.

 

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree is required for the role: Biomedical Engineer only.

- Open to Fresh graduates with little background in customer service.

- 0 to 3 years’ experience.

- Anything over 3 years will be over-qualified.

 

Top Skills:

- Customer Service Experience.

- Biomedical engineering degree.

- Soft-spoken skills, multi-tasker, computer savvy, and good at typing.
