Our Client is looking for a Technical Account Specialist to join their growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Become technical expert on the creation of personas using company specific software
Collaborate with and provide direct technical support to targeted partners to create and release high quality products
Participate in pitch meetings and ideation sessions with targeted partners
Track and report progress against deliverables to ensure end-to-end visibility of assigned deliverables
Assess partner design and integration risks and provide mitigation options
Contribute to the design and development processes and methodology enabling successful coding, validation and release
Provide feedback to product team
Assist in the development of assignments and schedules
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
At least 5 years’ software engineering experience
Coding experience with the following languages: C#, C/C++, Java, JS
Demonstrated experience leading, influencing and driving collaboration
Demonstrated ability to set priorities, execute work tasks and sustain project/development artifacts
Ability to work under very tight timelines and shifting priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Manages confidentiality without exception
Proven ability creating and implementing user-facing experiences consuming web services and APIs
Proficient at creating natural language models
Experience implementing conversational experiences with multi-turn dialog
Experience coding and following coding guidelines and requirements
Experience working directly with customers and external partners, and a strong customer-centric orientation
Comfortable working with pre-release development environments
