Technical Analyst

#Required : 
• 8 – 10 years total of practical technical experience in one or more of the following, AND the ability to research and obtain working knowledge of all the following: 
• Software or application development.
• Database design and administration.
• Integration and administration of large-scale computer hardware systems.
• Datacentre or cloud operations.
• Network design and operations.
• telecommunications circuits installation and operations.
• IT Service Management.
• 3 – 5 years of experience with large multi-vendor projects or teams.
• 3 – 5 years of experience working with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to relate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience using Microsoft 365 products.
• Ability to deal with a dynamic environment and change.
• Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline.

• Experience providing technical support on an integration project similar in size and scope to AMMP.
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills and strong critical thinking skills.
