Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B (formerly CloudCraze) solutions.
Architect and implement comprehensive e-commerce solutions on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
Provide technical platform expertise and perform architecture reviews, design, and analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical and business alignment.
Review code, guide development teams, and resolve technical issues related to SFCC applications and integrations.
Ensure smooth integration with APIs (SOAP/REST) and related e-commerce ecosystems.
Work with cross-functional teams to design scalable, high-quality solutions.


Required Skills & Experience:
10-11 years of overall experience, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze) B2B implementations.
Salesforce B2B Commerce Architect Certification and Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Developer Certification are mandatory.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ECMAScript 5 & 6), including front-end and back-end feature implementation.
In-depth knowledge of Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).
Hands-on experience with APIs (SOAP/REST) and integrations.
Experience with Salesforce PWA and Salesforce OMS is highly desirable.
Proficiency in DevOps practices, including configuring and managing Jenkins.
Prior experience with other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Full stack development skills and a solid understanding of technical architecture design.
