Job Description:

Serve as a lead in drafting of requirements document to support development of a web-based data entry portal. The requirements document will entail analysis of current data organization and storage as well as technical guidance and recommendations for the business platform. Understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture is necessary as this position will serve as the technical expert to guide the establishment of expectations, design, and standards for, and be responsible for drafting of, technical and user documentation to support the development of the data entry portal.  Guidance and recommendations in the identification of the best fit business platform.

basic SQL, database concepts and SQL commands, Intermediate SQL query development MS SQL Server

stored procedure function, package, trigger, and view development MS SQL Server Database SQL Query Development SQL Server Administration, ESRI GIS

Microsoft Azure Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft SQL Reporting Services

Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above- Expert Level, MS SQL Development /Architecture

Experience in drafting requirement documents to support development of a web-based data entry portal.

Have understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture

Experience in establishment of expectations, design, and standards for user documentation to support development entry portal.

Experience in providing guidance to recommend best fit business platforms
