Responsibilities:
Configuration and Administration – Implement, customize (where necessary) and administer Ariba Procurement Solutions: Ensure effective implementation of Ariba solutions and integrations to enhance procurement efficiency.
Process Optimization : Identify areas for improvement in procurement processes and implement best practices.
Support and Training: Provide guidance and training to procurement teams on using Ariba tools and processes.
Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to inform decision-making and improve procurement strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience: 5 years of experience with hands-on Ariba P2P design and configuration. Certification highly preferred unless more than 5 years of experience in the same is demonstrated.
Skills: Strong understanding of procurement operations, e-procurement tools, and supply chain management. Strong understanding of ERP (esp. Ariba ECC and S/4) systems and full Ariba suite. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate requirements and design to technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels. Proficiency in data analysis and project management is also beneficial.
