Role Description
FSM - Technical Consultant - JD
· Candidate should have 6+ years’ experience in Field Service Management Knowledge.
· Minimum of 3+ Years hands on FSM domain with Scheduling, Dispatching, Mobility, Mobile application, Administration, Resource Management, Service and Analytics; IoT, SCADA, Asset management.
· Nice to have FSM Practitioner Certification/PSO Practitioner Certification.
· Should have in depth knowledge on configuration and advanced configuration on both on-prem and cloud solution.
· Customization knowledge on server side and mobile scripting is added advantage.
· Extensive knowledge on XML, C# and SQL.
· Good communication skills to interact with clients to understand user requirements and map the requirements to the Product suite.
· At least 2-3 industries experience such as Telecom, Utility, Health care, Service industries, Insurance, Retail, Transport, Logistics, Consumers.
· Working experience on at least 2-3 Implementation Projects.
