Job Summary:

As a Technical IT Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to source, identify, and attract top IT talent to meet the organization's technical staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in building a strong and skilled IT workforce to support the company's technological initiatives and projects. Your expertise in sourcing and assessing candidates will be vital in ensuring the right fit for various technical positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach, to identify and attract potential IT candidates.

2. Candidate Screening: Review and analyze IT candidates' resumes and applications to assess their qualifications, skills, and experience. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate their technical expertise and cultural fit.

3. Interviewing and Assessment: Collaborate with technical managers and teams to understand specific job requirements and technical skillsets. Conduct in-depth technical interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role.

4. Applicant Tracking: Manage and maintain candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

5. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective IT candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to effectively target and attract top IT talent.

7. Collaborative Hiring: Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to understand their specific requirements, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and align on candidate selection.

8. Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and handle negotiations, ensuring competitive compensation packages and a smooth onboarding process.

9. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize the recruitment process.

Requirements/Must Have Skills:

Proven work experience as a Technical IT Recruiter or similar role in the IT industry.
In-depth knowledge of various IT roles, technologies, and programming languages.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with IT candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' technical competencies.
Knowledge of HR and employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
High level of adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field is preferred.
