Technical lead - Ansible Infrastructure and Automation

Two (2) resources will support the Ansible team, whom has responsibility for the Ansible infrastructure for the organization.  This team has the following initiatives in play:  Upgrade of the entire Ansible infrastructure to a new version, including the modification of 1000's of playbooks across 168 user groups.  Automation is in place for playbook modification, but fixing validation issues of modified playbooks needs to be monitored and consultative support needs to be in place.  Additionally, Ansible is working on a RackN bare metal as a service initiative to push OS installs on bare metal hosts.  The ansible team consists of 5 members with varied skill levels.

Leadership needs- Team lead experience, Communications across team, clients, and leadership,  Agile experience, strong mentorship capability.  Technical:  High technical acumen-  we are looking for someone that can do the work as well as lead the team.  technologies- Ansible, Python, GIT, Artifactory, and containerization tech.
