Job Description:
Your role is mainly to advise the developers to perform code reviews, and if necessary, occasionally implement changes directly.
You make technical decisions and monitor the quality of the application(s). You ensure that the
team works according to standards.
As a tester, you are involved in testing the low-code application(s), ensuring that it is free of bugs (errors) and that the user experience of the end product is as good as possible. This specifically involves the following activities:
● Developing test plans and specifications
● Executing tests
● Automating tests
● Sprint tests (part of the application that is delivered in a period of 1 to 4 weeks)
● Registering test cases and test data
● Reporting the results to the project manager
Profile
● Good knowledge of Mendix is essential
● Has at least 2 years of experience with QA/testing
● Has sufficient experience with agile working in sprints
● Ability to learn quickly
● Ability to organize work independently
● You speak one of the 2 national languages fluently (FR/NL) and you express yourself fluently in the other national language (FR/NL) and in English
● You have excellent communication skills and can convey complex information clearly and
understandably
● Experience in the public sector is a plus.
