Technical Lead Consultant

The client is looking for a Technology Implementation consultant. Implementing MuleSoft, so having experience with Mulesoft implementation would be great.

Must haves:

- 7 plus years of experience leading and delivering full life cycle Integration, Data Conversion, and Reporting implementations across ERP.

- Completion of 4 full implementations as a Technical Lead / Architect supporting ERP implementation

- 5 years of experience in Web services, restful services (JSON and XML), overall database management, and SQL development skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement application integration flows (MuleSoft & ETL), data pipelines, and data cleaning leveraging the latest technology and best practices for application integration and data conversion. Deep SQL skills are required.

• Proactively monitor integration and data conversion pipeline performance and troubleshoot, resolve, and report issues to impacted teams and stakeholders.

• Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with stakeholders and customers to continuously improve the application integration and conversions support offering while in the long-term shaping the Data Strategy and application integration needs through roadmap development and socialization.

• Establish a continuous development and continuous delivery framework that allows for a high level of responsiveness to change as well as integrity and reliability of the application integration and data solutions.

• Lead enterprise-wide implementation for tech transfer software, such as Wellspring. Develop architecture diagram for implementation, and manage all technical aspects. 

• Identify skill and resource gaps as well as lead design sessions and review technical design documents. Ensure processes meet business roadmap needs and support development team workflows (e.g., Data Governance, Data Conversion, Integration, Integrated Development Environments, etc.)

• Ensure alignment and adherence to corporate, financial, and IT standards (e.g., architecture, compliance, and security)

• Lead Technical and Integration projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Adaptive Insights applications in Adaptive Insights projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Adaptive Insights optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications

• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate UCOP resources 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision-making and independently solving software engineering problems

• 10 years of experience in Web services, restful services (JSON and XML), overall database management, and SQL development skills

• 7 plus years of experience leading and delivering full life cycle Integration, Data Conversion, and Reporting implementations across ERP.

• Completion of four full implementations as a Technical Lead / Architect supporting ERP implementation

• Bachelor''s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
