Technical Lead

Job Title: Technical Lead

Duties: Attending project kick-off meetings, capturing requirements, and conducting impact analysis of requirements. Preparing high level design and low-level design documents for the flow of changes based on the analysis as per the quality procedures and standards. Coding and development/enhancement/modification of new/existing programs following the standards. Perform Unit testing for the code changes done in programs and coordinate with different groups of interfacing system for testing the change with integration. Report Business Capability Reporting tickets (JIRAs) for RCA (root cause analysis), permanent resolution and SLA compliance for any issue in project code functionality.  Coordinate quality assurance efforts and help the testing team to execute test validations for project changes in various Test phases, UAT, Regression and Performance testing.  Participate in all the release management activities and providing description of project (Demo), back out plans and implementation of enhancements into real time environment.  Schedule and facilitate meetings to review Project Initiatives. Participate in review meetings of various deliverables (Code review, Design review etc.) of projects and release installation activities.  Provide technical guidance as needed for the following: Tech Inquiries, Test issues, Production issues and Providing support from Impact analysis to warranty hand-over. Document project related documents as per the standards to ensure in compliance with the Internal and External Audits.

Requirement: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields, plus five years of experience in a related occupation. Travel/relocation required as job will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
