POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Specific Responsibility
• Working closely with our business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level.
• Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions, and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon.
• Attending daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.
• Identifying business process improvements and opportunities for automation.
• Documenting work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
• Participating in roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
• Applying knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues.
• Reacting to process and product-related questions and escalating issues to the correct team or to the management as necessary.
• As required, participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.
• Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both stakeholders and team members.

Minimum Requirements
• 5+ Years of experience in enterprise software as an analyst or product owner. Salesforce experience is highly preferred. 
• Proven capability to understand business strategies and application objectives, and translate those requirements into effective implementation designs.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
• Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with the Business stakeholders to drive the discussion
• Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline
Experience with delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem.

1. Experience and ability to understand functional/ non-functional requirements for integrations/ APIs
2. Experience and ability to write Test cases - QA and e2e
3. Experience and ability to execute QA/ E2E Testing, UAT testing support
4. Experience and ability to perform RCA by checking application logs in SPLUNK or any other logging tool
5. Experience and ability to understand API led architecture/ Integrations
6. Experience and ability to perform API testing using POSTMAN
7. Knowledge of writing basic SQL queries
8. Experience with Salesforce platform is nice-to-have.
9. Familiarity with AGILE working model, experience in writing technical/ functional user stories
