Project Management:

Oversee project management for computing, storage, end-user support, and service level tracking.
Track and report on project progress.
Provide updates on Azure DevOps projects.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
Lead the effective and efficient delivery of cross-functional projects.
Interact with Systems & SW Engineering, Operations, and other key stakeholders to define and deliver complex programs.

Required Skills:

Demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, with a focus on managing ticketing systems or related technologies.
Proficiency in handling ticket escalations.
Expertise in hardware engineering, support, maintenance, and the product lifecycle of deployment.
Strong experience with Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication and program management skills.
